The Role:

Our Wireless Retail Sales Representative are responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, tablets, and reporting on our products, promotions and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless' family of products, then we want to speak with you

Responsibilities:
  • Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals including; monthly gross and net sales, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retentions goals and monthly auto bill pay goals.
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
  • Participate in outside marketing events.
Requirements:
  • At least one-year retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least on-year experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
  • Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a huge plus
  • Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
  • Independent and self-motivated team player.
  • Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass background.
  • Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
