  • Daily and Weekly ADP updates and reports for time and attendance.
  • Attendance related items tracking (points, time off, etc.)
  • Assist with Benefit Enrollment, benefit tracking and follow up
  • .Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly HR reporting requirements.
  • Assist with new hire preparation and onboarding.
  • Assist with exiting employee data entry and processing.
  • Assist with training, both classroom and electronic training.
  • Maintain and audit database information as needed (Benefits, Timekeeping, Training etc)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and timelines.
  • Filing and record keeping.
  • Be actively involved in and promote an environment of continuous improvement, flexibility and teamwork.
  • Assist with Safety Team.
  • Assist with Employee Activities.
  • Assist with Front Desk Coverage.
Temp-to-hire window: This is a temporary position only. Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in sensitive, responsive manner.
  • High level of listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Word. Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ADP and Oracle experience is helpful.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to properly handle confidential, personal and HIPAA protected information.
