Description Graham Capital Management L.P. is seeking a junior analyst to join our Human Resources ("HR") team. The HR team is responsible for hiring and integrating new talent into the firm, managing strategic processes including performance management and compensation, and facilitating payroll and benefits. This position is based in our Rowayton, CT office and will report to the Head of Human Resources. Responsibilities Support the firm's recruitment process, which includes scheduling and facilitating candidate interviews, collecting feedback on candidates, utilizing our applicant tracking system, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires. Partner with our lead payroll and benefits professional to help facilitate payroll and support ongoing employee benefit administration. Assist with coordinating employee engagement and firmwide diversity initiatives. Respond directly to employee and exploratory candidate inquiries. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional or financial services firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Excel skills required. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives with limited oversight. Ability to think critically and analytically; problem-solver mentality. Team player with a positive attitude. Strong work ethic with an eagerness to dive into and take ownership of new projects. Our current hybrid work policy requires that all employees commute into our Rowayton, CT office Mondays through Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Base Salary Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
