Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and interview potential candidates for all open positions
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to be successful
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management
  • Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations
  • Support with workers' compensation claims
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies & procedures
  • Provide support to managers on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for senior care and a commitment to providing excellent service
