The Training and Recruiting Supervisor also oversees the recruitment process, ensuring that new hires are aligned with our company values and culture from the outset. Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Evaluate performance, provide coaching/mentorship, ensure alignment with company culture, policies, and procedures, , and continue to track performance for desired improvements by conducting monthly or bi-monthly CPMs for team members.
  • Host and attend team meetings as necessary to communicate with and motivate staff in order to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving departmental goals.
  • Host and attend cross-functional meetings to communicate with management about trainer and trainee performance, existing training materials, and approval/research for new training.
  • Take ownership of training schedules to ensure proper balancing, taking into consideration management of trainers PTO requests and the internal business needs.
  • Provide training/coaching to new trainees and existing BankOnIT staff on how to perform BankOnIT job roles, how to properly communicate with clients and technical staff, and any other subjects needed.
  • Assist trainers in the development of curriculum and design of training courses, collaborating with internal business partners to create BankOnIT-specific content based on organizational requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures while setting the example of BankOnITs Core Values for trainers and trainees.
  • Provide training on how to solve problems or tackle new challenges.
  • Perform related work as required.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

  • Advanced understanding of BankOnIT technologies and products.
  • Leadership experience and operational psychology aptitude

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelors (or higher) degree in leadership or organizational psychology.
