This is a unique opportunity to take on a broad scope of high impact work across FP&A and strategic finance domains. As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Finance team, you will support the financial management of the business, including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and reporting.

What Youll Do
  1. Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of management discussion and analysis at the close of each month.
  2. Refine internal financial reporting packages, highlighting growth drivers and performance relative to plan.
  3. Partner with the Business Operations team to build and maintain driver-based revenue models and track KPIs.
  4. Drive analysis and modeling for growth and strategic initiatives.
  5. Develop insightful findings, provide recommendations, and help facilitate the decision-making process for our leadership team and cross-functional teams.
  6. Drive the preparation of ad hoc financial analysis for Board presentations, weekly/monthly business reviews, etc.
  7. Partner with accounting on monthly close, annual audit, and implementation of new systems and processes.
  8. Build and maintain detailed financial projections in support of our annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and periodic forecasts.
  9. Identify ways to improve forecasting, constantly refining approach over time.
  10. Support any ad-hoc and other financial analyses as necessary.
Who You Are
  1. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with a formidable attention to detail.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  3. 3+ years of experience in a finance/strategy role at a tech company and/or progressive finance experience at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity/VC fund.
  4. High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving, utilizing financial modeling, including advanced Excel skills.
  5. Comfortable in unstructured or previously undefined situations, using data to draw conclusions and build models from scratch.
  6. Strong working knowledge of GAAP to act as liaison with the Accounting team.
  7. Financial planning software experience is a plus (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
  8. Interest in joining a lean team within a growth-stage company.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business goals.
