Key Responsibilities:
- Independently model or review, modify, and authorize external financial models across various expense categories (such as personnel costs, cloud services, and royalties) for the Digital Media division.
- Aggregate OPEX and COGS forecasts from finance collaborators by developing Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations that include narratives on expense trends and performance metrics for the Digital Media CFO and other executives.
- Oversee the Contribution Margin process within the internal Digital Media Profit and Loss framework.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and modeling using raw data sourced from Anaplan, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Mentor junior team members by understanding their project workflows and providing necessary support.
- Gain insights into the Digital Media expense and headcount data landscape.
- Anticipate how forthcoming changes may impact existing workflows and spearhead enhancements and innovations.

Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of collaboration across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities; candidates should be capable of independently developing solution frameworks to address inquiries and resolve business challenges.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, and Tableau.
- Ability to design, construct, and articulate dynamic, multi-variable expense and headcount Excel models.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Background in accounting or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Basic data skills (e.g., introductory data engineering or science knowledge) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring team members is beneficial but not essential.
