Position Summary:
We are in search of a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. This role is crucial in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives that support our G&A leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- G&A Financial Planning & Analysis:
Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast for G&A leadership, aiming to provide actionable insights into operational and financial performance. Collaborate with G&A leadership to maintain an accurate monthly forecast and oversee key components of G&A expenditures, including headcount and software. - Corporate Financial Planning:
Assist in managing OpenGov's consolidated annual planning process, ensuring thorough analysis supports the planning efforts. Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of monthly and quarterly management reports. - Strategic Financial Initiatives:
Perform in-depth, ad hoc analyses of operational and financial data to generate insights that drive business decisions. Engage in strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation strategies, and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in finance or business operations, preferably within a SaaS or B2B subscription model. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
