Develop a go-to-market strategy and sales plan with key objectives and metrics Manage the new sales process for Trust & Agency services, including, but not limited to, Escrow & Paying Agent, Delaware Statutory Trusts, Custody, Indenture Trustee, Bankruptcy & Restructuring related services, Loan Agency, Reinsurance Trust, and Aircraft Trusts Create brand awareness and other marketing initiatives such as event participation and ongoing support of business initiatives. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics. Stay well-connected with clients to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the existing services and make recommendations on new service offerings absent from the CSC portfolio. Maintain and strengthen existing referral partner relationships and leverage personal network to increase revenue and improve brand recognition. Coordinate the completion of RFP's and creation of new business proposals.Transaction Management Team (TM) involvement Provide commercial guidance / leadership. Work closely with Transaction Managers, Risk, Compliance and Operations management to ensure proposals, pricing/discounts, and services engaged are aligned with client and business expectations.
