A growing retail clothing store is seeking a Store Manager with a passion for children's fashion and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities Include:
  • 12:00 PM - 6:00/7:00 PM.
  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and merchandising.
  • Managing daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling on-the-floor sales with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving merchandise.
  • Implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Training and developing staff to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Passion for children's fashion and retail.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in retail management is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising


Salary: $25 - $35/Hour
