Gardner-Watson is looking for a Staff Accountant to perform month-end reporting, general ledger maintenance and reconciliation along with assisting with financial forecasting and budget analysis. Responsibilities:

Perform month-end reporting, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation Assist in the consolidation of financial statements Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist in external audits Monthly bank reconciliations Analyze results of inventory cycle counts and monthly physical count Collaborate closely with the CFO and key stakeholders to ensure a timely month-end financial close and distribution of monthly financial reporting package Special projects and analytical assistance as required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA or working towards CPA certification is preferred 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field Strong understanding of GAAP principles Experience with QuickBooks Online Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Benefits:
