WCLLC seeks a motivated Coordinator/Logistics Specialist dedicated to providing crucial administrative and logistics support to a federal agency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls and other project-related activities. Act as the central point of contact for project related inquiries, assisting in issue resolution. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines. Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates to stakeholders and management. Maintain project deliverables schedule, risk log, action item log, and performance metrics. Provide administrative assistance for internal meetings. Document meeting minutes and discussion outcomes, ensuring completion of action items. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience

A./B.S. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in project coordination or related roles. Familiarity with CMS CMMI preferred; knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations a plus. Previous client collaboration experience. Develop, manage, execute, and support in-person and virtual stakeholder meetings. Set up meeting room if in-person or platform for virtual meetings, develop meeting reports and logistics for travel. Develop meeting materials, develop and support meeting content and facilitate the meeting. Execute travel reimbursement processes for event attendees, ensuring compliance with government policies and manage reimbursement documentation and facilitate timely payments. Must be highly detail oriented with the ability to pivot to meet emerging needs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficient time management Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) and Adobe. Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic in all situations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficient time management. Ability to respond effectively to changing events and priorities. Excellent teamwork skills. Background investigation required. Preferred Experience/Qualifications
