Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator with a background in Drayage and warehouse logistics for a prominent distribution center.


We require a candidate who possesses a comprehensive understanding of customer service protocols, supply chain management, warehouse inventory, data management, and distribution operations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Execute general office duties including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Prior experience in administrative or logistics roles is essential.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
  • Capable of performing basic calculations accurately.
  • Work primarily in an office setting with occasional visits to the warehouse.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, interacting professionally and courteously with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook; ability to learn additional software as required.
  • Manage all customer service responsibilities, including bill of lading management, receiving, invoicing, inventory oversight, and documentation for all customers in accordance with established agreements.
  • Ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
