The Retirement Pan Account Specialist will foster strong relationships with vendors while maintaining in-depth market knowledge to develop proposals. The role provides administrative assistance and support to Renaissance Financial advisors and their retirement plan clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage retirement plan prospects and maintain comprehensive prospect files.Request and obtain retirement plan proposals from vendors.Prepare detailed cost comparison and develop proposal presentation materials for client meetings.Inform relevant vendors upon the successful sale of a new retirement plan.Collect and verify initial data required to initiate the retirement plan implementation process.Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting Advisors including email blasts, events, and promotional activities to enhance engagement and drive interest in retirement plan solutions.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration, seamless proposal processes, and the timely delivery of high-quality retirement plan solutions.Update and maintain accurate plan information in Salesforce and other department records.Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.Essential CharacteristicsHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.This position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.Follow and give general oral and written directions, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to work independently, understanding and experience with personal computers, enter data quickly and accurately.Work requires attention to detail in things such as composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.Education, Training & ExperienceCollege degree preferred; must have High School diploma.Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred.Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred.Licenses & Certifications PreferredNoneComputer Equipment and SoftwareProficiency in the use of computer programs for:Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)DatabasesIntranetAdobe Acrobat Proficiency in the use of office equipment:ComputerVoice messaging systemsFaxPhoto copierTyping of at least 50 wpmWorking ConditionsProfessional office environment.Standard work week.Rarely required to work overtime hours.No travel.We are committed to providing an accessible work environment.
