Who We Are:

Dusty Robotics is the leading solution to ensure design integrity in the field through automated layout and a streamlined BIM-to-field process. Dusty delivers a combination of hardware, software, and services that fit seamlessly into existing construction work processes by printing digital models directly on the jobsite floor with 1/16" accuracy based directly on Revit or AutoCAD models. Dusty has enabled contractors to print over 100 million square feet of layout across thousands of buildings and is trusted by leading general contractors such as DPR and Skanska as well as trade contractors in framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

The position:

At Dusty, we are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our growing team and contribute to our mission to revolutionize the construction industry with cutting-edge robotic technology. Our product is a hardware-based SaaS subscription that is in high demand by the construction industry. With strong initial traction from the market, we are looking for an Enterprise AE to win new accounts for us and grow our revenue base.

Our ideal candidate brings a unique blend of deep experience and sales acumen, creating a powerful combination that sets them apart. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding Dusty's ambitious sales targets. You will leverage your knowledge of enterprise sales to devise tactics for closing deals and working your way up the chain of decision-makers. You will also act as a player-coach, training our sales team to develop the same skills.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience as an Enterprise AE in a small high-growth startup
  • 2+ years demonstrated expertise in closing 6- and 7-figure deals with enterprise customers
  • Experienced in carrying quotas in excess of 1.5 million
  • Demonstrated comfort in an early stage startup
  • Prior experience selling a product with a physical component such as hardware, real estate, built environment
  • Track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and advocates
  • Strong collaborator with other sales leaders to create a stellar buyer experience
  • Experience with the construction industry is an enormous plus

Where you'll work

Dusty's offices are located in Mountain View, CA. Whether based in the Bay Area or the Central or Eastern United States, you will periodically be in the office for efficient strategizing and coordination with the rest of the sales and leadership teams. You can also expect to travel up to 35% to customer locations around the US in order to close key deals; travel expectations may change over time as the business evolves.
