We will provide "on the job" training and you will provide a great attitude and a collaborative spirit. This position will be working in our Franklin, Tennessee office with a Monday-Friday 8-5pm schedule.

In This Role:

  • You will develop a working knowledge of our customers' veterinary products.
  • You will provide clear direction to customers regarding utilization of the Greenline program.
  • You will ensure customer practice management software is configured correctly.
  • You will identify invoice issues and support customers during corrective processes.
  • You will document and track customer support cases.
  • You will achieve weekly personal and team targets.
  • You will document known solutions to common customer problems.
  • You will provide quality support to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships, preferred.
  • Technical record keeping management skills.
  • Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
