We will provide "on the job" training and you will provide a great attitude and a collaborative spirit. This position will be working in our Franklin, Tennessee office with a Monday-Friday 8-5pm schedule.
In This Role:- You will develop a working knowledge of our customers' veterinary products.
- You will provide clear direction to customers regarding utilization of the Greenline program.
- You will ensure customer practice management software is configured correctly.
- You will identify invoice issues and support customers during corrective processes.
- You will document and track customer support cases.
- You will achieve weekly personal and team targets.
- You will document known solutions to common customer problems.
- You will provide quality support to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships.
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships, preferred.
- Technical record keeping management skills.
- Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
- Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
