This position will be working in our Franklin, Tennessee office with a Monday-Friday 8-5 pm schedule. In This Role: You will develop a working knowledge of our customers’ veterinary products. You will provide clear direction to customers regarding utilization of the Greenline program. You will ensure customer practice management software is configured correctly. You will identify invoice issues and support customers during corrective processes. You will document and track customer support cases. You will achieve weekly personal and team targets. You will document known solutions to common customer problems. You will provide quality support to customers in a professional and timely manner. You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships. What You Will Need to Succeed: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent preferred. High-quality customer-facing interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships, preferred. Technical record-keeping management skills. Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues. Phone skills, with the ability to establish rapport. Attention to detail. Organized with the ability to multitask.
