Job Responsibility:
Provide direction and strategy to identify, assess, and remediate current and previous quality system risks and gaps.
Supervise Production Quality Manager and the Service Manager.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate, collect, analyze defects, and develop corrective action plans.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking customer feedback and complaints.
Train staff in quality assurance processes.
Manage inspections and audits from regulatory authorities and marketing partners.
Partner with key stakeholders to assess quality systems and standards needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and auditing.
Six Sigma / Lean Certification & Experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to build relationships and work within changing priorities.
Self-motivated and innovative team player.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years leading a team.
