The Job

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports accounting operations by entering invoices, reconciling vendor statements, assisting in month-end closing processes, and communicating with vendors.

Requirements

The Opportunity

Maintain timely invoice entry by processing daily invoice receipts and routing to appropriate managers Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests. Prepare electronic transfers and payments Reconcile monthly AP vendor statements and analyze IRNB account Assist in maintaining the accounts payable inbox with an emphasis on exceptional vendor communication and relationships Enter approved invoices for payment, and credit card receipts submitted by managers Assist in monthly credit card entries and receipt retrieval Provide supporting documentation for audits Other duties as assigned The Must Haves

1-2 years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable or finance environment Must be organized and detail oriented Experience with Microsoft Office applications Demonstrates a positive attitude and is reliable Ability to work independently Embodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8 The Nice to Haves

Experience in retail, wholesale or e-commerce environments High School Diploma or GED
