Role Overview:

  • Check patients in and out of clinic, upon arrival and departure
  • Handle patient registration and input data into EMR system (NextGen)
  • Schedule patients for new appointments and follow up appointments
  • Verify patient insurance and collect patient copayments as needed
  • Communicate with clinical staff and assist as needed

Schedule: Training will be M-F 8:00-4:30 (after this period you have to be flexible for these shifts below)
  • Shift 1: 6:30, 7:00, or 7:30am start depending on First Patient (8 hours from there)
  • Shift 2: 8-4:30
  • Shift 3: 8:30-5
  • Shift 4: 9-5:30
Location(s): Must be able to have 1 Primary Location & Float to 2 other locations
