CUSA, LLC, is searching for a Guest Service Manager for our Candlewood Suites property located in Smyrna, Georgia

Our guest service manager will lead, direct, and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience through thoughtful conversation, friendly first impressions, knowledge of hotel features and amenities, and ability to drive Guest Love overall experience metrics resulting in excellent guest service surveys. Answering questions, providing information, and making recommendations about the hotel and local area. Communicating with the IHG guests through chat and personal communications, empowering operations and sales, and responding promptly to all requests are just a few of the expectations for the right person. Ability to operate the guest services area as a business driving top-line revenue and managing guest payments. Ability to meet and exceed Marriott 1Reward enrollment goals, budgeted revenue and expenses, and lead generation of the guest services team. Completes their job duties with the hotel's standard operating policy and procedures, standardized business practices, cash control, safety and security.

Previous guest service experience required.
