The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will: Develop and execute workforce plans based on an understanding of external customer trends and issues in the industry Lead organizational assessments to identify and address performance gaps and convert strategies into result-driven actions Provide change management leadership to support organizational initiatives Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes Collaborate with HR team to identify talent gaps and implement effective hiring strategies Conduct recruiting activities, interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist with the hiring process Provide coaching and development to managers and employees to enhance their skills and abilities Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field 5+ years of related experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software Must have knowledge of employment laws and regulations Must be a team player and committed to continuous learning and professional development Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office 365 technologies; expert level in One Note, Forms, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Desired Skills:

Previous experience in direct supervision of HR professionals Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and managing and developing direct reports
