  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, complex organization with a workforce of 300+ employees.
  • Proven track record in building strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Pharmaceautical Manufacturing industry.
