Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace relationships, employee morale, and engagement.

Managerial Support and Coaching:

  • Partner with managers to provide coaching and support on performance management, leadership development, and team dynamics.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing managerial capabilities and leadership skills.
  • Guide managers in effectively addressing performance issues and implementing corrective action plans.

Talent Management and Development:

  • Facilitate and participate in performance review processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Organizational Development:

  • Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and practices that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Change Management:

  • Support the organization through periods of change by providing expert guidance on change management strategies.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, helping to maintain and enhance the company culture during transitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in coaching and supporting managers and leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
