The individual should have basic experience and regulatory knowledge in all or some of the service areas listed below: • Air permitting • Storm water/SWPPP • RCRA/Hazardous waste • Compliance auditing • Oil Storage/SPCC plans • SARA Title III (Tier II/TRI) reporting • Industrial wastewater • Sustainability

Essential Roles and Responsibilities: • Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables • Manage projects within budgets and ensure quality and timeliness • Develop an understanding of the local and regional market • Develop strong working relationships with clients • Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests • Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies • Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines • Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an environmental-related discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in a full-time regulatory compliance consulting role. • Demonstrated solid technical writing ability. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
