Healthcare Compliance Coordinator
Tasked with the effective onboarding of qualified healthcare professionals by ensuring adherence to Triage, client, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for healthcare professionals and Triage clients regarding compliance needs, including federal and state employment regulations and medical documentation.
- Examine and validate documentation from healthcare professionals for precision and completeness in line with Triage, client, and regulatory standards.
- Engage in proactive communication and collaboration across departments to guarantee timely onboarding of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate closely with other compliance teams to meet client requirements and timelines for each new placement.
- Work alongside the Sales department to enhance relationships with Triage clients.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and background verification specialists to finalize all necessary background checks, examinations, medical testing, and documentation.
- Ensure all assigned healthcare professional files are cleared promptly.
- Maintain open communication channels with Triage clients regarding all scheduled and active healthcare professionals to uphold compliance.
- Oversee accurate and efficient record management, data entry, and various administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in the consistent maintenance of up-to-date compliance requirements and documentation within relevant software systems, including any Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or document submissions to clients.
- Deliver exceptional service to Triage clients while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions consistently.
- Demonstrate high interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential matters with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and time management skills to independently meet deadlines.
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
- Adept at analyzing and resolving work-related issues using sound judgment.
Education & Experience Requirements
- An Associate's degree or relevant professional experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Leadership, Organization & Communication Skills
- Requires ongoing coordination and communication across departments for effective service delivery.
- Professional representation of Triage and its core values is essential.
- Effective communicator with a commitment to relationship building.
- Ability to articulate thoughts, opinions, suggestions, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule
- This position is hourly, with an 8-hour workday for a 40-hour work week.
- Additional hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities.
