Compensation: $38/hr

As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will process and coordinate all aspects of bi-weekly payrolls for approximately 2,500 national employees. You will provide strategic reviews, update processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. Your role involves working closely with various HR departments to maximize the use of payroll systems and ensure efficient, manageable processes that adhere to audit and regulatory guidelines. You will also serve as a liaison between payroll and accounting, ensuring accurate processing and reporting, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws.

What youll do:

Processes, and coordinates all aspects of bi-weekly payrolls for approximately 2,500 national employees

Provides strategic review and process/procedure updates to ensure the payroll team is a valuable partner with the rest of the organization

Researches and resolves questions from managers and employees that relate to payroll information

Researches and presents resolution on regulatory items related to payroll

Reviews set up of payroll system to ensure the system is working as expected and covers all regulatory guidelines

What youll bring:

5-7 years of sr. -level payroll experience

Experience with ADP Workforce Now

Multistate and multi-tax payroll experience

Ability to process payrolls for 1,200-1,500 employees

General ledger experience
