Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fiscal Analyst to join our team at Biogensys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fiscal department with various accounting responsibilities, including:
  • Overseeing intricate accounting systems, categorizing, verifying, and recording transactions in journals and ledgers.
  • Reviewing fiscal documents for precision, thoroughness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of logs, as well as gathering and inputting data.
  • Providing support to vendors concerning inquiries, invoices, and payment matters.
  • Facilitating the payment authorization process.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as basic filing and maintaining records within the database system.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications including Excel, Word, Adobe, and eager to learn new tools.

Working Hours:

  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1 Hour Unpaid
