Fleet Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Works with assigned Fleet(s) and Customer(s) handling service issues, breakdown assistance when outside our AOR, and coordinating warranty/policy assistance with vendors.
  • Liaison between Fleet and Allstate Peterbilt Group dealership locations to resolve service-related concerns.
    • Invoicing/Overcharging
    • Customer Pay vs Warranty Coverage disputes
    • Repair quality issues - repeat visit concerns - downtime
    • Policy considerations - helps initiate the shop to call vendors for policy
  • Work across all internal departments to "connect the dots" for assigned fleet customer concerns- Parts-Sales-Service
  • Customer set ups for tooling and software necessary/specific to our OEM products- Web ECAT, Davie 4 licenses, etc.
  • Keeps customer current on any Open Campaigns issued by vendors.
    • Runs assigned customer lists monthly and emails out to the customer
  • Collaborates with OEM vendors when customer product issues arise.
    • Set up proactive/corrective vendor campaigns when necessary
    • Advocate with vendors on customers behalf for getting policy assistance for corrective actions
    • Documents all product issues and corrections and notifies APG Service department so they are aware of any/all changes
  • Works with Dealer Technical Manager (DTM) when advanced diagnostic assistance is needed within Allstate and road breakdown events for assigned customers.
  • Works with Paccar Parts Dedicated and Critical teams to procure parts in effort to reduce extended lead times inside and outside our AOR
