Summary/Objective:

The Quality supervisor position oversees the quality team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

This position requires Personal Protective Equipment. Protective Equipment supplied by the company includes: Coating suit, Coating Boots, Spray Socks, Respirator, Work Gloves, Safety Glasses, and Ear Plugs. Team members may be required to provide additional Protective Equipment (Safety Shoes, etc.).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and is salaried exempt so your hours and workdays will vary depending on workloads. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  2. Previous quality management experience.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
