About The Role

Altasciences is looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join it's HR team. The incumbent will develop and maintain Workday reports utilizing Workday Report Writer, Report Designer and Prism. The HRIS Data Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on HR Data Analytics.

What You'll Do Here

Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer, Report Designer and Prism.
Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboards.
Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements.
Provide support for existing custom reports in Workday.
Ability to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance.
Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.
Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or relative field.
Workday experience or training required: Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields).
Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to produce high quality deliverables with demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
Good customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Experiencing working with operational teams through systems configurations and deployment activities.
