We are currently seeking a Interface Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

Overview of job:

The Interface Analyst will be a valued member of the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Unemployment Insurance PMO. They will work as part of a larger team providing Program/Project Management Office (PMO) services – including project management, technical requirements analysis and process improvement, technical system analysis, and technical system performance monitoring – for the client Enterprise.

Job Responsibilities Include:

The Interface Analyst will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables, providing support for the team while developing the skills necessary to advance along the technical IT consulting career path. In collaboration with other NTT DATA Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) consultants, the selected candidate will work as part of the project team to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects that are technical in nature to help the client achieve organizational goals. Working under the direction of the PMO Manager, this role is targeted to manage all activities related to the system interfaces that exist in the DWS UI PMO project, as well as providing support in the areas of Security compliance and system performance monitoring.

Other responsibilities of this position include:

• Review and assess current interfaces and data batches

• Work with business partners to test interfaces, and address issues and exceptions that occur during processing

• Coordinate internal and client teams to complete interface workstreams and to prioritize high priority system issues for upcoming releases

• Contribute and participate in all phases of the development life cycle

• Facilitate, design, and develop technical solutions for new and existing interfaces.

• Collaborate with developers, system analysts, business users, and project managers to resolve issues for the system

• Understand and interpret technical documentation

• Assist in triaging and assessing the impact of defects and issues related to interfaces and batches

• Use strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Learn new technologies and additional skills quickly

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in Technical Business Analyst role/capacity

• Minimum 5 years meeting facilitation and meeting minute documentation experience

• Undergraduate degree in business, health care, information systems or related field or 4 years additional relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Unemployment Insurance systems and operations is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience

• Experience with project management and technical operations in a multi-vendor environment

• Experience managing system interfaces in a multi-vendor environment

• Experience interacting with Federal agencies regarding system performance and security compliance

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $68, ,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
