Currently, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Naples, Florida. They are offering a competitive salary and a great relocation package if necessary. My client needs a leader who can build and mentor teams while executing mega projects ($300M+) while being part of a tight-knit family culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily operational execution of projects
  • Measures project performance and results using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Presents to stakeholders and reports on progress, problems, and solutions
  • Project financial reports, including updated cost projections.
  • Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and secure appropriate change orders.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • 8 or more years of relevant experience are required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
