RN license in the state(s) you will be employed Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience preferred in one of the following settings: hospice, home health, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination, discharge planner, hospice case manager, or RN educator Known and respected within your community Location: Gentiva Hospice
