Join us and let's Imagine a better way together.Position Summary:The Digital Finishing Technician performs finishing and/or bindery steps necessary to complete an order in an efficient per Imagine standards and procedures.Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pmEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Review and understands all job ticket informationComplete equipment standard set up and adjustments as neededCut product to final size/shape by operating finishing equipmentMonitor quality of output, including data collection for purposes of job tracking, and report issues as appropriateMeet productivity and quality standards by completing work in timely and accurate mannerPerform basic preventative maintenance to finishing equipmentContribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirementsMay need to move material via material handling equipment (may entail use of forklift/pallet jacks)Work overtime as neededOther duties as assignedMandatory Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, four years relevant industry experience or experience as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager approval to hire full-timePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution and/or fulfillmentExperience using an ERP systemAbility to communicate/understand written and oral instructionsAbility to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colorAbility to apply written instructions to machine set-upBasic computer skillsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionBasic measuring skills including Standard and Metric unitsBilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language (including ASL) preferred.
