Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to carry out evening housekeeping tasks (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) within the Card Casino and other designated areas as required. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission and values by delivering exceptional entertainment experiences and adhering to our core principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set a positive example for others.
  • Maintain a high standard of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and mentor team members for their professional development.
  • Perform cleaning duties in the Card Casino, including dusting, mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming, window washing, and sweeping.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling by emptying and relining receptacles.
  • Restock restroom supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with event preparations.
  • Ensure the facility is ready for daily operations.

Supervision:

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift, move, and arrange chairs and tables.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, including a background check and work history verification.
  • Must be able to obtain a required license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position require frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and climbing. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  • This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
  • Work may be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
  • Frequent use of hands and wrists is necessary.
  • Must be capable of operating a 35 lbs. backpack vacuum or blower.
