Exceptional Customer Service
We purchased a new furnace from Climate Control and they performed the install. An experienced technician came to take measurements and pictures before giving us some options to help make our decision. The day of install went very well including installing a new air conditioner. I was unfamiliar with the new technology of our new unit and had questions. My call had quick response and a manager came out to answer questions and help me understand new technology. I appreciated their timely response and kindness shown during the manager's visit. I highly recommend Climate Control to anyone for a new furnace, air conditioner and service.
