About the Position:

The Accounts Payable Department is an integral department within our Business Management Firm. Accurate and precise attention to detail is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidates will possess 5-6+ years Accounts Payable experience, as well as professional office experience. Candidates must have excellent computer and data input skills (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of Datafaction and Imaging is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Accounts Payabale and detailed work.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review invoices
  • Enter/code all invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Research and correct discrepancies
  • Monitor and maintain repetitives
  • Proficiently use the firm's software requirements
  • Become familiar with the firm's policies and procedures
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Communicates effectively with entire Business Management Team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will also possess:
  • 1-2 years AP experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
