Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at POWER TWERSKY DERPARSEGHIAN LLP.

Job Summary

The Financial Operations Assistant will provide critical support to our Controller in managing the company\u2019s accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
* Process accounts payable and assist with managing vendor relationships
* Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
* Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Assist with general ledger accounting tasks
* Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Requirements

* Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
* Ability to analyze accounts and identify discrepancies
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Experience with payroll processing is a plus
* Datafaction/AgilLink and imaging software experience preferred

Salary Information

* $27.00 Per Hour
