- Record and reconcile transactions between intercompany accounts.
- Conduct month-end reconciliations, ensuring subledgers align with the general ledger.
- Review internal financial reports and analyze variances against forecasts.
- Support audits related to sales and use tax as necessary.
- Continuously assess and enhance internal controls and procedures.
- Provide necessary documentation during audit processes.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding organizational financial information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA track is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of data integration processes between various systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to third-party systems utilized in daily operations.
