Di cosa ti occuperai
Come Marketing & Event Manager per Mondadori Education, rispondendo alla direzione marketing, ti occuperai della definizione del piano di comunicazione dei prodotti editoriali e dellorganizzazione di eventi di promozione e formazione, gestendone lo sviluppo e la declinazione pratica, al fine di valorizzare lofferta editoriale. Collaborerai con la direzione editoriale e commerciale per identificare e declinare i business needs del mercato.
In particolare, il tuo supporto sar fondamentale per:
lideazione e la progettazione del piano marketing di prodotto con identificazione degli ambiti di intervento, dei format e della programmazione annuale;
limpostazione e la gestione di progetti di marketing e promozione, online e offline, con campagne legate al target docenti;
lorganizzazione e la gestione di eventi e webinar di promozione e formazione sul target specifico: ideazione del concept, costruzione del format, produzione e realizzazione, gestione relazioni con relatori e moderatori, partner e fornitori;
la definizione e lattuazione del piano di comunicazione relativo ai progetti gestiti, agli eventi e ai webinar;
lorganizzazione e la preparazione di tutte le iniziative e gli eventi con la rete vendita;
la definizione e la gestione del piano editoriale per il sito web e relativa alimentazione;
il coordinamento delle attivit di ufficio stampa e PR;
la gestione e la rendicontazione del budget assegnato.
Il tuo profilo
Ti appassiona il mondo delleditoria e hai interesse per il settore delleditoria scolastica. Ti affascina lidea di lavorare con un prodotto che non semplicemente un oggetto, ma un veicolo culturale.
Professionalmente hai:
dai 5 ai 7 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, maturata preferibilmente in settori focalizzati su target professionisti e/o PMI, con intermediazione da parte di reti di agenti;
pregressa esperienza nellorganizzazione di eventi, webinar, iniziative di promozione di prodotti specialistici/professionali e formazione;
capacit di gestione e coordinamento di team interni ed esterni;
conoscenza approfondita di tutti gli strumenti di marketing e comunicazione, del digital marketing, dei principali canali di comunicazione digitali e social;
competenze di project management;
conoscenza dei principali strumenti di marketing automation e data analysis;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
ottimo utilizzo dei principali tool informatici (pacchetto office, in particolare Power Point).
Inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati alla tua esperienza.
