NCS is currently seeking a Clinical Research Operations Specialist to join our aspiring and dedicated Research team. This position will be responsible for the management of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), research billing and invoicing processes as well as other duties listed.

  • Responsible for accurate transference of the billing logic and financials into CTMS
  • Assist with research billing and coordinate with Patient Financial Services Team to ensure research patient visits are billed properly
  • Utilize CTMS, local clinical trials database and other resources available to access research forms and keep current all applicable patient reporting and tracking functions.
  • Assist with invoicing clinical trial sponsors on contractual procedures
  • Communicate timely with research team regarding clinical trial management system updates
  • Create trial budgets and enrollment logs
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Coordinator study start up needs including but not limited to site contact information forms, electronic systems check lists, licenses, laboratory reference ranges, imaging capabilities forms
  • Works in compliance with all applicable research entities and federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Scientific, Business, Medical, or Financial discipline preferred.
  • Minimum three years clinical research experience required and preferred three years progressively responsible research operations experience.
