We are seeking a skilled EMT to join our team as a Clinic Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general patient care duties, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and specimen preparation.
- Prepare patients for healthcare provider visits, including reviewing medical histories and completing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with cleaning and sterilizing instruments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Escalate non-routine issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State-approved EMT training program graduate.
- Active status on Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
