Ensure new hire onboarding in plasma center/field locations.Validate and verify COBRA enrollments and terminations.HRIS maintenance and programming. (includes verification of data input into system, data compare between the various systems, create and maintain quarterly audit reports to verify and validate the effective dates of changes within the system as required). Updating of information and documents on Paycom self service portal.Create and manage several HRIS reports including EEO-1, Vets Report, turnover, headcount, service awards and others as required.Assist with annual Service Awards Program.Coordinate/manage Tuition Reimbursement program.Coordinate internal employee transfersInput and analyze background checks. Review, interpret and communicate results. Handle pre-adverse action process.Maintain ADMA Organization Charts.Additional projects as assignedEducation Requirements :Bachelors degree in human resources or related discipline.Three plus years of Human Resource experience with particular emphasis in one or more areas of payroll, benefits, and HRIS.Attention to detail with accurate high-quality work.Excellent people skills, flexible; good judgment; ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information; customer service oriented.Advancelevel of proficiency with spreadsheet applications.Paycom or experience with another payroll system required.
