Responsibilities

1. Enrollment Process Management: Manage the manual enrollment process by accurately inputting all enrollment changes received via various non-electronic channels such as U.S. mail, e-mail, fax, etc. into our system.

2. Spreadsheet and File Management: Ensure the accuracy of enrollment spreadsheets by meticulously reviewing and creating appropriate formats for our IT department to process the files effectively

3. Online Maintenance Support: Guide and assist group administrators and third-party administrators (TPAs) in utilizing the online maintenance functions of our website.

4.Missing Information Resolution: Proactively contact groups to obtain any missing information from incomplete submissions, ensuring the accuracy of eligibility records.

5. Internal Issue Resolution: Conduct research and resolve internal issues related to eligibility matters, ensuring a smooth and accurate enrollment process.

6. Administrative Support: Provide Administrative Support to the department
