As a Line of Business Risk Specialist within PNC's Total Rewards organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA ; Cleveland, OH; OR Birmingham, AL.

The LOB Risk Specialist will be a member of the Compensation Administration team supporting the greater Compensation team, HR Risk, and engagements with both lines of business and Independent Risk Management.

The role will support the development, implementation, and execution of various incentive compensation risk programs. The role will also aide in reporting, validations, and control execution.

Examples of job responsibilities:
• Support incentive risk initiatives and programs of various sizes from a design improvement, documentation, and implementation perspective
• Onboard, guide, and oversee the execution of program frameworks for compliance to internal policies and regulatory requirements within the incentive compensation vertical
• Develop and maintain program reporting; identifying areas of improvement
• Execution of risk/control processes; identifying areas of improvement
• Partner closely with HR Compensation, HR Risk, and Independent Risk Management partners to drive comprehensive program development and oversight of incentive risk

Job Description
  • Assists in the execution of the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Under supervision, enables line of business adherence with risk programs.
  • Assists in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
  • Executes the risk management program within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). Participates in the consultation to execute the program components.
  • Works to develop risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Participates in risk initiatives, business as usual activities, ad hoc requests, and identifies risk exposures.
