Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle client tickets and issues
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to customers
  • Providing feedback to the development team on customer feedback
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers
Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
