- Monitor corporate IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Install, support, and maintain desktop software applications.
- Provision applications utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Provide support for desktop and mobile operating systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components.
- Operate in the service area and respond promptly to service requests.
- Create tickets to document work performed for business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting desktop and mobile operating systems.
- Skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.
- Knowledge of network connectivity, including mobile computing solutions.
- Understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Key's computing platforms across corporate, campus, and data center environments.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to Key's internal clientele.
- Communicate effectively with end users.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC OS systems.
- Complete assigned tickets within service level agreements (SLA).
- Utilize industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Follow documented guidelines to execute job functions.
- Communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with team members and produce comprehensive documentation.
- Adapt to new learning opportunities and procedural changes.
- Provide audio/visual support as needed.
