Work with center management on strategic marketing planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns in direct support of applicable Centers’ business objectives. Market research planning and analysis. Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications. Assist in the development of revenue generation consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers. Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources. Review media efficiency and cost savings procurement for applicable centers. Field Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centers. Facilitate timely sharing of “best practices” among Field Agency, marketing team members and applicable centers. Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers. Other projects and support as needed Job Specifications Minimum Education Bachelor degree required Minimum Experience 6+ years related experience in Field Marketing Marketing experience in a multi-store environment Strong knowledge of marketing /advertising principles Ability to manage multiple people / projects simultaneously Creative and strategic thinker Solid analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data Excellent interpersonal communication abilities Advertising Agency management/experience Evaluation Criteria Strategy Development:
